Jibu Elias is an AI governance researcher, writer, and policy advisor whose work sits at the intersection of technology, ethics, and public policy.

Over the past decade, he has contributed to national AI initiatives, advised governments and international organisations, and participated in global conversations on the future of artificial intelligence.

His work has included leadership roles within India’s AI ecosystem, contributions to international AI governance discussions, and collaborations with institutions including the Mozilla Foundation, OECD, UNESCO, the World Economic Forum, and the Stimson Center.

The New Divide is his first book.
